Agent as a Service
An agent for your application. A service to run it.
Connecting an agent is a project. Keeping it working over time is another. Here is what an operated service covers, and what stays on your side.

The cost is not in getting started
A connected agent works on day one. What demands attention comes afterwards: your features evolve, your users discover unforeseen uses, a provider changes its behaviour, volume grows.
An operated service takes on that duration: watching what actually happens, correcting what drifts, and evolving capabilities without you having to rebuild.
The split
It is refined during scoping, but here is how we propose it by default.
You keep your application
Its data, business rules, permissions and roadmap stay yours. We do not become prescribers of your product.
We operate the foundation
Sessions, execution, capacity, versions and incidents on the agent side: that is our load, not yours.
We observe usage
Vigie surfaces what actually blocks your users, and we turn that into verified corrections.
You decide the capabilities
What the agent is allowed to do stays your decision. We propose, you open up or not.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a software subscription?
A subscription gives access to a product. Here it comes with continuous adaptation work to your application and your usage, which does not reduce to shipping updates.
Are we locked in?
Reversibility is a point to contract explicitly: export of your data, documentation of the boundary and exit conditions. We prefer discussing it at scoping rather than at departure.
What service commitments do you offer?
We display no standard commitment: it depends on the deployment profile, the volume and the capabilities opened. It is defined and contracted for your case.
