What software vendors ask
Do I have to rebuild my interface?
No. Integration happens through a panel and call points into your existing features. The rest of your product does not change.
Who maintains the connection when my features evolve?
Capabilities exposed to the agent are declared and versioned. A change on your side means updating the declaration, not redoing the work.
How are my customers isolated from each other?
Each organisation has its own boundary: conversations, corpora and preferences do not cross between customers. That separation is part of pilot validation.
Can I offer it under my own brand?
Visual integration options depend on the arrangement chosen. This needs explicit scoping; we do not promise it by default.
