Can the agent grant itself more permissions?
No. Identity, permissions and budgets come from the server. Neither user-typed text, nor a web page it reads, nor the model itself can raise that level.
What happens when information is missing?
The agent asks rather than assumes. An impossible request is distinguished from a feasible one blocked by a missing permission or context.
Do we need to rebuild our application interface?
No. The agent sits alongside existing work, in a panel. The screens your users know do not change.
